1. Agreement to Terms

By installing and accessing PayGuard, you agree to be bound by these local terms and Shopify's App Store guidelines. Our service provides monitoring software "as-is" without warranty of chargeback outcome.

2. Subscription

Access to professional monitoring features requires an active subscription. Fees are processed via Shopify Billing. You may cancel at any time through your store administration panel.

3. Limitation of Liability

PayGuard is a monitoring tool. We are not responsible for any financial losses, including but not limited to, payout freezes, account suspensions, or failed chargeback disputes.
